Referral Rewards

We greatly appreciate the referral of our practice to your friends and family.  To thank you for your continued vote of confidence we would like to extend to you the offer that for every five patients that you refer to our practice, who visits us for a comprehensive New Patient Experience, we will give you a $50 credit to be used in our office towards your account.  This credit may be used to pay off an outstanding balance or it may be put toward a procedure that may not be covered by your insurance coverage, such as porcelain veneers or whitening.
