Partial Dentures
- Partial dentures may need adjustments until your tissue adapts.
- Do not adjust the clips yourself. Please make an appointment
for adjustments. We will not accept responsibility for self-adjusted
partial dentures.
- Brush your partial dentures with toothpaste and a denture brush
after every meal.
- Place partial dentures in a glass of water at night. Taking
your partial dentures out allows your tissues to relax and "breathe,"
reducing the stresses on the tissue and bone.
- Thoroughly brush the teeth to which the partial denture attaches.
- Be sure to have your gum tissue checked annually.
